Xinbaite double-braided hoses are produced in two different pressure types based on the different intermediate reinforcement layers: medium-pressure double-braided and high-pressure double-braided.

1. The medium-pressure double-braided hose mainly replaces three-layer two-wire high-pressure hoses and ordinary high-pressure hoses. Compared with three-layer two-wire high-pressure hoses, it achieves the same pressure with only two layers of reinforcement, reducing the chance of delamination and lowering customer costs. Compared with ordinary high-pressure hoses, it can withstand twice the pressure at the same thickness, or achieve the same pressure with approximately 25% less thickness, making it lighter and more cost-effective.

2. The high-pressure type mainly replaces fully braided hoses. The double-braided fiber uses high-strength twisted double threads, which are about 6 times stronger than the threads used in ordinary high-pressure hoses, achieving the same thread quantity as fully braided hoses, and thus the same pressure. Due to the production process, the double-braided product has a 3-5 times higher production efficiency than fully braided hoses, reducing production costs and improving market competitiveness.
